CNET bags Moneywatch.com for $125,000

CNET Networks, which was acquired by CBS earlier this year, has acquired MoneyWatch.com through web marketplace Sedo, for $125,000 USD.

The domain was sold by a company in Washington DC called Vantix. The URL now forwards to a BNET financial services title.

We all know the Internet is changing business media, but according to scientists, the Internet is changing the way our brains work. Gary Small, a neuroscientist in the USA, has found that the Internet and mobile devices are training our brains to filter information much quicker – changing our behaviour when it comes to making all important decisions.

According to his study, which can read on Reuters, the Internet doubled activity in a users brain which controls the decision-making function.
